Our small apartment, which is welcoming and comfortable can host three people. It is situated in a lively popular neighborhood of Rome, well served by public transport and shops, near the archeological Park of Appia Antica. The space It is a small welcoming and comfortable apartment it consists of a large bedroom with balcony a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a living room with kitchenette. In the entrance there is a sofa bed available to host a third person. Inside you will find all the essentials such as heating, sheets and towels. Breakfast is included in the price and also the final cleaning of the apartment . The apartment is situated on the fifth storey of a well kept and peaceful building, near the metro stop A, Lucio Sestio and Giulio Agricola. From the apartment you can reach the center of Rome in twenty minutes (metro A) Guest access Check-in time starts at 12 p.m. Check-out at 10 a.m. Any other needs can be arranged. Other things to note For those who are reaching Rome by car, the apartment is easy to find situated near the Raccordo Anulare the ring road that connects all the neighborhoods of the city.
