Beautiful and recently renovated property in the heart of the city and close to the highway, very safe and in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything including shopping, hospital etc. Each bedroom has either queen or king bed with nightstand, large smart TV on the wall, with CO/Fire alarm, ceiling fan (for extra air in addition to very effective HVAC system ) plus pedestal fan (for air and sound masking for extra sensitive people), dark curtain and well sealed door. Kitchen is all furnished and stocked. Beautiful and well lit sun room. Plenty of outside space in lawn to relax with full privacy and sitting area, fire pit and grill. If you need separate code for the bedroom inside, let us know. Off street parking for up to 4 vehicles (two space off street and two smaller space in the garage with prior permission) Guest access The entire 4 Bed room unit (located on the second floor), living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, garage, fire place room, patio, backyard. Other things to note 0-2 vehicle is recommended to be brought for the unit. Please use the two parking slots close to the house. If there is any need for extra vehicle to be parked, please check with the host before making reservation (two smaller vehicles can possibly be accommodated in the garage). 9 guests maximum including children (anything above 6 guests, extra $20 charge per day per guest).
