This 2-bedroom house in Santa Cruz has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is attached to the owners' house and has an outdoor area surrounded by nature, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of guests. The property is close to attractions such as the Pico da Atalaia viewpoint and Levada dos Tornos, good restaurants and Madeira Airport is just a 15-minute drive away. The space Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 100m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. This house is a true refuge for those looking to be in the middle of nature in comfort. The house is attached to the main house where the owner lives, but it is completely independent and privacy is guaranteed. The outdoor areas and outdoor furniture are for the exclusive use of our guests. The wide and bright living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a tabletop. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. It has access to the garden, where you will find a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a BBQ area, and outdoor furniture. A swing on the hill with direct access is available, where you can enjoy the mountain view or take in the starry sky. This space also has a kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery to make a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. There are two pleasant bedrooms with a double bed and hangers. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
