Guest access When you stay at Stillwater Cabin, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire space, allowing you to feel completely at home. A personalized key code will be provided for easy entry through the front door, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. Other things to note 1.HOA Badges Each guest must wear an HOA badge when using community amenities. Badges are required for all guests staying at the property and must be registered in advance. We cover the badge fee for our guests. 2.HOA Registration Deadlines Tuesday to Thursday arrival: Provide registration details to us by noon the day before your arrival. Friday to Monday arrival: Provide registration details to us by noon on the Thursday prior to your arrival. Please note that same-day bookings cannot be accommodated. Registration requires the full names of all guests and the make, model, license plate, and driver information for all vehicles on the property. 3.Hot Tub Guidelines Please shower before entering the hot tub and avoid wearing lotions or perfumes. Do not add any substances to the hot tub water. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for any damage to the hot tub. Users must adhere to all posted rules in the hot tub area and sign a waiver. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the hot tub is out of service. 4.Murphy Bed There is a Murphy bed in the dining room. When fully extended, it may slightly obscure the front door. 5.Noise Sensitivity This listing is not suitable for guests who are highly sensitive to road noise. 6.Fireplace Please note that the fireplace is not available for use. 7.Consumables We provide a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for managing their own refills beyond this initial supply.
