The space This beautiful studio features a comfortable queen size bed, a closet, SMART TV, WIFI, private bathroom, refrigerator and coffee maker From the rooftop you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset, as a couple or with friends, or you can enjoy our small pool. Guest access The rooftop area has a small pool, a barbecue area, and a rest area that is shared among all guests. It is a space from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and relax or share with friends. Other things to note - When stays are 20 days or more, an electricity charge will be made depending on your monthly expense, this is done with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival. - When your stay is 20 days or more, there will be 2 mandatory cleaning per month and the guest must pay, you must agree on the cleaning with the person in charge (the cost of cleaning is 400 pesos, includes cleaning and change of sheets and towels) - There are washer-dryers on the property with services to be paid.
