Our Large Luxury Villa is located on the outskirts of the village’s of Dolores and San Fulgencio, small but busy typical Spanish towns unspoilt by tourism & part of the ‘Real Spain’ in the Southern Costa Blanca. The Villa is accessible for disabled people. Our Central, Peaceful, Secluded & private location makes it ideal for all holidays or short breaks, for couples or families wanting that private hide way and suits the more discerning clients. The space The Self- catering Villa has 3 Bedrooms, all on the ground floor, comprising of – Family room sleeping up to 4, with a king size bed and 2 Single beds, with an En-Suite Bathroom. Suitable for Wheelchairs. 2 King size bedrooms. Separate Luxury Toilet/Shower room. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning and Hair Dryers. Free Cot and highchair facilities are available upon request, also free Safe & Internet Wi-Fi are available, All At No Extra Charge. Mosquito nets are fitted to all windows. NO pets are allowed. We charge a refundable Security Deposit of 300€ after you have booked and confirmation received, This will be requested. This is then refunded to you after your stay and the inspection. Payment and refunds will be made through Airbnb. The Villa offers its own private Swimming pool, Outside Shower, terraces and garden within its own private grounds, also with a children’s play area and a separate children’s Swimming/Splash pool for hours of fun. Our Large outside Covered kitchen offers all you need for outdoor cooking for 365 days of the year !!, Complete with BBQ, Outside Gas Griddle, Gas Hob, Microwave oven, Kettle, utensils, and a outdoor sink and fridge freezer complete with large marble work surfaces. Wall And base Units. The Kitchen is well lit and over looks the Pool and dining terrace. The pool terrace is walled and private, it’s south facing location makes it ideal for all day sun and warmth. The Raised Pool with Terrace is surrounded with A Special Day Bed, Sun loungers, tables and parasoles. There is also a pool shower, drinks can be served to the pool by direct link to the outside kitchen. We have also installed a children´s play area. Children MUST be supervised while around the pool and terrace areas. The Villa and boundaries are fully lit at night time which enables you to sit outside and relax after the sunset to enjoy late evenings in comfort. Easy parking makes it the ideal environment for all families or couples wanting a more quiet, relaxed holiday in luxurious surroundings with exceptional facilities. The house is registered with Ministry of Tourism for the Alicante region, Registration number: VT-474967-A Guest access Guests will have private use to all of the villa and outside area. Easy Access to - Playas La Marina, de Guardamar, Torrevieja and Santa Pola. - Rural routes: water route, among others - Close to cities like Elche and Orihuela Other things to note Please Note: *We DO NOT accept arrivals after 9pm, We do charge 50€ for any arrivals after 9pm ONLY by via pre approval, And departure time is by 10am on the morning of leaving, allowing our cleaners to enter for the preparation of the next arrivals. Unless A Late departure is possible then a 50€ charge is made. *We recommend car hire for your holiday stay, as taxis and buses are not easily available in our area. *All our Televisions are English Channels. *NO pets are allowed to stay in this property. *Our cleaning fee charged includes all extra's services, no extras to pay! We ask for your consideration please when using the Air conditioning, It is not designed to be on 24 hours a day for your whole holiday, especially when you are NOT in the villa or out for the whole/part day, sorry to have to even mention this but some customers just don't care and ruin it for the other considerate guests.
