The space The villa The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for couples, friends or small families. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be arranged separately or together. The living room and kitchen are bright and modern, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. ⸻ Outdoor living Outside you will find a private pool (2,5*4meters), perfect for cooling down on warm days. The roof terrace is ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying dinner and a barbecue in the evening. ⸻ Activities nearby Golfers can enjoy Roda Golf & Beach Resort, as well as nearby courses such as La Serena Golf and Mar Menor Golf Resort. There are also padel courts at Roda Golf. The area around Mar Menor is popular for cycling and water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, paddleboarding and kayaking. You can also visit the famous mud baths in Lo Pagán. ⸻ Location Within walking distance in Roda Village, you’ll find two restaurants, a café, a small grocery store, and the restaurant at Roda Golf. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourselves☺️ Other things to note This is our family vacation home, and we hope you take good care of it❤️☀️ There is no fencing around the pool, so children must be kept under supervision at all times when outside. The pool can be heated up to 28 degrees in September, October, April and May for 20€ per day. Please ask for this in advance.
