Spectacular lake home on Locke Lake! Enjoy the lake views from all rooms and open floor plan. Relax on the sandy beach, dock, pedal boat, kayak or paddle boards. 133 acre lake (49' deep). Forty five minute commute from the Twin Cities. MAXIMUM 14 GUESTS on the property at all times. MAXIMUM 8 CARS (enforced by our property manager, the lake association and local neighbors). The space The home is very large (3,700+ sq ft.) and has an open concept. It is listed as a 4 bedroom 2 bath. But, there are 3 bedrooms. The 4th is in the lower level living room (curtain divider, no bedroom doors in the 3rd or 4th room). The home is large enough to accommodate a small retreat of 14 guests or less. Great for crafters, quilters, scrapbookers, church groups, fitness, etc. Much of the space is modern and has been updated in the past two years. Updates will continue throughout the year(s). MAXIMUM 14 GUESTS on the property at all times, enforced by the lake association and the neighbors. MAXIMUM 8 CARS. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, dock, 4 person pedal boat, 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, life jackets, corn hole and croquet (no garage access). T-Mobile home internet. Other things to note Cons: Property is located on the frontage road of highway 94. So, you will hear the hum/noise of the freeway. Reverse osmosis (better than bottled water) in kitchen, but well water rest of home. Septic tank (no garbage disposal - flush toilet paper only) please conserve water (short showers). The yard is “natural” (dry, rarely watered and not fertilized). You will see dandelions, crab grass, etc. The 3rd bedroom is the bunk room. The 4th bedroom is a bed in the lower level living room. The only privacy between these rooms is a floor to ceiling curtain (no doors). The cons are pretty minor and common for lake homes. We just want guests to know what to expect. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm - 7 am (city ordinance) No illegal activities. No fireworks of any kind. No smoking. No drugs (includes no pot, no marijuana, no THC).
