Welcome to our fully equipped one bedroom apartment with one and a half bathroom, king size bed, cozy living room and kitchen, and a nice private terrace with dining area. The space Zilha42 Condo is a stunning condo built with great attention to detail. The building and apartments have modern and high quality finishes. The building features two elevators, a rooftop pool, lounging area and BBQ area. Guest access Self check in available. The building has an access code, and the apartment has a lockbox where you will find the keys. Other things to note No smoking (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes or any narcotic) inside the apartment. If odour or cigarette burns are found in the apartment, the guest must cover the odour eliminating fee and/or pay for damages from the burns. No parties or events. Hotel-quality beddings and towels are provided. Please keep these linens stain-free. Guest will have to cover the cost of cleaning or the replacement cost if the linens are stained. Keep the cooking area clean. Be respectful to your neighbours. Quiet time after 10:00 P.M. Check-in after 3:00 P.M. & Checkout by 11:00 A.M. Please plan your transfer accordingly.
