Facing the sea of Bolnuevo, this house has belonged to our family for over a century. We have spent the best summers of our lives there. Although it retains the structure and layout of the original home, we have renovated it and equipped it with all possible amenities to turn it into a spacious, peaceful and unbeatable place to rest or work, enjoy the beach and the attractions of the area at any time of the year. It's not a flat, it's not an apartment, it's a house. The space The house is very large although we only allow a maximum of 5 people. It has a large oceanfront porch, a huge patio with a pergola so you can spend time outdoors indoors or store your bike. It has three bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a TV room, and a work room. It has only one bathroom, small but completely new, which is accessed from an interior courtyard that is closed in winter and open, if you want, when the weather is good. Other things to note Bolnuevo, in the municipality of Mazarrón, combines one of the most unique coastal landscapes on the Mediterranean coast with a quiet, open atmosphere. Its wide, golden sandy beach and generally calm waters stretch along a simple promenade, from which you can see both the sea and the nearby Sierra de las Moreras mountains. The most distinctive feature of the area is the Bolnuevo Erosions, sandstone formations sculpted by wind and water over thousands of years that create an almost sculptural landscape along the coast. This unique geological setting is complemented by small coves, coastal trails, and natural viewpoints from which you can appreciate the vastness of the Mediterranean. The combination of nature, unique geology, and a leisurely pace makes Bolnuevo a particularly appealing place to stroll, admire the scenery, and enjoy a direct connection with the coast.
