The space This condo is located at Sandy Beach Oceanfront Resort, where guests may enjoy a variety of resort-provided amenities during their stay. Cool off in the pools, float along the lazy river, relax in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, or enjoy convenient access to the sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean. Resort amenities include: • Three outdoor pools • Indoor pool • Lazy river • Children’s interactive pool area with a shallow pool and water features • Indoor and outdoor hot tubs • Fitness center • Elevators • Oceanfront pool deck • Direct beach access Please note that all resort amenities and common areas are maintained and managed by the resort or HOA, not by the individual condo owner or host. Availability cannot be guaranteed, as amenities may occasionally close without notice due to maintenance, repairs, weather, seasonal schedules, capacity restrictions, or other operational reasons. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire condo and shared access to the resort amenities. Self-check-in instructions, the property address, parking information, and your unique smart-lock code will be sent before arrival. Other things to note First room: A bedroom with 2 queen sized beds Second room: A divider room with the bunker beds. Resort amenities are shared and maintained by the HOA. Pools, hot tubs, the lazy river, elevators, and other common areas may occasionally close without notice due to maintenance, repairs, weather, or seasonal operations. Two parking passes are provided for regular-sized vehicles during your stay. Oversized vehicles, trailers, and additional vehicles may not be accommodated. There is no daily housekeeping and linen-refresh services are not available during the reservation. The linens and towels provided at check-in are the only linen supplies available for the stay. A starter supply of essential items is provided upon arrival. These starter items are all we are able to provide. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional paper products, toiletries, trash bags, coffee, or other supplies needed during their stay from nearby stores. The bathtub inside the condo is a standard bathtub and is not jetted. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. No pets are allowed.
