Our detached villa is located in the highly sought after Balaia Golf Village resort. Featuring 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 2 ensuite, living room, full kitchen, outdoor kitchen, roof terrace, private gardens. Comfortably accommodating up to seven guests, our villa is just a short walk from beautiful beaches and near Albufeira's vibrant nightlife. You can also enjoy the resorts’ extensive amenities, including multiple swimming pools, golf course, tennis courts and wellness center. The space Our property is one of only a handful of exclusive detached villas located within the much sought-after Balaia Golf Village Resort. Its interior design and amenities are unique in the entire resort and exclusive to our guests. Accommodations in our property are elevated and high quality, featuring high end linens, modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas, 2 TVs, a Bose soundbar, providing a blend of privacy and exclusivity. The house is walking distance from some of the best and most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, one of the sunniest destinations in Europe (in average, over 300 sunny days a year!). It is situated in Balaia Golf Village Resort, which offers a comprehensive array of additional amenities, catering to various interests, including access to 6 different pools, a well-maintained 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, a wellness center, and a bowling green, ensuring both relaxation and active recreation are available. This family-friendly resort boasts a children's club in high season, and family-oriented entertainment, making it ideal for families seeking an enjoyable stay​. The resort's prime location in ODA, Albufeira, one of Algarve's most desirable destinations, places it near stunning beaches such as Praia Maria Luísa and Santa Eulália, with the vibrant nightlife and dining options of Albufeira's old town just a short distance away, allowing easy exploration of local culture and attractions​. Dining options within the resort include restaurants serving local and international cuisine, and a supermarket on-site ensures convenience. Occasional daytime works may take place in the surrounding area, typical of a well-maintained resort community. These are intermittent and outside of our control. Guest access You will have access to the whole property, including the private gardens, porch, and sun terrace. You may also use the free amenities of Balaia Golf Resort, such as one of its 6 pools. Inquire us about other available activities such as golf and tennis! 😌🙏🏼 Other things to note Under request, we can accommodate one additional guest on the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. Costs may apply. If you’d like an additional cleaning, please let us know before your check-in. We’ll be happy to arrange it, depending on our team’s availability, for an additional cost of €85. A mid-stay clean also includes fresh linens to make your stay even more comfortable. If you stay with us for more than 8 nights, we would be happy to freshen up your linens as a courtesy to you, kindly let us know ahead of time. Our property is set in stunning natural surroundings, offering a peaceful retreat amid greenery. While we maintain a high standard of cleanliness, being close to nature means that, on rare occasions, guests may notice small visitors like insects or the occasional harmless critter. This is a normal part of the environment and does not affect the comfort of your stay. In order to prevent said visitors, we also kindly advise that no food be left out. For safety reasons the fireplace is out of order (nor is it listed as an amenity). Kindly note that guests attempting to use it will incur in a cleaning fee of 200€ and will be liable for any additional damages to the property. While we may at times provide you with some initial basic supplies (like toilet paper, trash bags, detergent, etc), and we may even at times top them up as a courtesy to you, please note that this is a self catered property, and you may need to replenish these supplies. When booking our property, guests are required to provide a valid identification document for all members of their party, as per legal obligations. This identification is necessary for registering non-Portuguese guests with the immigration system (SIBA). Acceptable documents include passports, identity cards, or any other valid identification as stipulated by Portuguese law. While Portuguese nationals are not required to be enrolled in the SIBA system, they still must present an identification document upon arrival. Please note that our house rules require the submission of these documents at least 7 days prior to check-in. Under no circumstances can identification be provided after check-in, and check-in may be denied if the required identification is not provided in advance.
