From this space, you can access the exterior area directly, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor living. On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional guest toilet, providing convenience for all guests. The first floor houses the master suite, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering full privacy and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the rest of the home, providing practicality and functionality for preparing meals during your stay. Outside, the villa offers a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A BBQ area and outdoor dining table create the ideal setting for alfresco meals, while the foosball table ensures fun for all ages. Located close to the beaches and attractions of Albufeira, Villa Aqua 1 is the perfect setting for a memorable Algarve holiday, combining relaxation, fun, and the very best of the local lifestyle. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
