Hardwoods throughout entire home. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances! Blender, pans, pots, utensils, grill on patio! Maximum 6 overnight guests. $45/night/guest if exceeds maximum. Animals of any kind are not allowed in the home. No smoking or vaping inside or on the property. This includes smoking or vaping on the porches. Any known violation guests will be asked to leave and charged additional fees required house cleaning. This sounds strict however we want every guest to enjoy a clean home! Items taken from the home guests will be charged replacement fees ie. Comforters, pillows, appliances etc. We do not provide a pack N play for hygiene purposes. Please bring your own.
