You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and nature reserves to explore. Rental Permit#: 21-0313 Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Other things to note Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
