This will provide you unlimited access into Jasper and Banff. You will need to return it at the end of your stay. It will be hanging inside the house in the kitchen for your stay. If it is not returned a fee of 180$ will be charged. Boutin Ave is a freshly renovated house. Downstairs is a separate suite that does have tenants in it from time to time. This suite has a fully stocked kitchen with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, and spices. Walk into an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Just down a short hallway is the main 4 piece bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a nicely renovated on-suite bathroom as well. You will have full access to the main floor and front deck. Parking is on the street right in front of the house. Guest access You can use the entire first floor and front deck. Other things to note Property is about 15-20 minutes from Jasper Park Gates and about 60 minutes from the Town of Jasper. It is easy access to the highway with being about 1-2 minutes drive to the highway. Registration Details 7725
