Keep cool with shady gum trees, air conditioning and a covered deck. The space IMPORTANT INFORMATION re Bedding configuration For four guests or fewer, we make up the two queen bedrooms in the cottage. For groups of five or six guests, we will open and add linens to the garden studio queen bed. If your group of four or fewer would prefer all three bedrooms, this is available for an additional fee of $100 per night. Please send us a message after you book and we will ensure to provide your preferred sleeping configuration The cottage features a modern kitchen and bathroom, a front verandah with awning and a back deck. The cottage has two bedrooms with queen beds in each. The cottage has air conditioning in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The backyard studio is newly built and 15m from the cottage. The studio has air conditioning, hardwood floors, and its own deck and lawn. The studio has a queen bed with luxury linens. Please note there isn’t a bathroom in the studio. Pets are allowed (outside only) and our yard is fenced, so furry friends are welcome. Luxury linen and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels to enjoy the nearby ocean pool and beautiful beaches. After a revitalising dip at the beach, enjoy a refreshing rinse in the garden’s outdoor shower. A portable cot with sheets is available upon request for a fee of $30 per stay. Use of the on-site type 2 EV charger is available for $30 per stay (please advise when booking). Accessibility The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower over bath and shower gel is provided. Please note, access to our indoor shower requires stepping over the bath. Access to the garden studio requires stepping up two steps, a ramp and stepping stones. Guest access Use the lockbox to let yourself in - we will provide the code before arrival.
