Room in a bright and quiet apartment

Welcome to Enrico and Marta's apartment, carefully furnished to guarantee a cozy environment and to make you feel at home! The space The apartment is on the sixth floor of a building located within a private park in the Pratocentenaro - Ca' Granda area of Milan. For your stay, you will have a large double bedroom, consisting of a king-size double bed, a four-door wardrobe and a smart TV, configured with the main entertainment platforms (Netflix, Prime, etc.) that you can use freely. The living area, bathroom and kitchen will be shared with Marta, who occupies the other room of the apartment. But don't worry! Marta is often out of the house, so for most of the time you will enjoy the apartment alone. In the living area, you can relax on a comfortable sofa and watch movies or TV series thanks to a 55-inch smart TV, also configured with the main entertainment platforms. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal: you can freely use all the essential products present (e.g. oil, sugar, salt, pepper, various spices) as well as the kettle (we will leave you a tea/herbal tea kit!), the coffee machine (we will leave you some pods for your breakfasts!), the oven, the toaster, etc... To eat, in the summer, we recommend using the small balcony in the living room, to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains and beautiful sunsets. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet, is equipped with everything you need for personal hygiene and cleaning. There is also a washing machine in the apartment (complete with detergent/softener if needed). If needed, we can provide you with an ironing board, iron, and clothes drying rack. Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential area, close to all the main useful services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants, churches, laundries, pharmacies, etc.). The house is just a few minutes' walk from the M5 Ca' Granda metro (lilac line) and numerous bus and tram stops. In a short time, you can reach the city center, Milan Central Station and all the main places of interest by public transport. In addition, it will take you 15 minutes to get to the heart of Milan's nightlife (Isola neighborhood). Bicocca University and Niguarda Hospital are within walking distance of the apartment. Finally, if you are a fan or you are in Milan for a concert in San Siro, you can reach the stadium with the M5 metro, without having to make changes.
