Staying here you will find yourself a stone's throw from the beach, which can be reached via the pedestrian underpass located in front of the building. The apartment consists of an entrance, a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom with a window (just renovated) with a shower. The entrance opens onto the corridor that separates the various areas of the house and from here you can access the living area where we find the large and comfortable sofa, TV, dining table with 4 chairs and large balcony with enchanting lake view and outdoor furniture. In the modern equipped kitchen there is an induction hob, Moka coffee machine, kettle, dish drainer, oven, refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking. The master bedroom is complete with a large wardrobe and a 160cm-wide double bed. The shutters on the windows help to block out the light. From the room you can exit onto the balcony overlooking Via Onedo. The bathroom is furnished with a large shower, a sink with a cabinet, a washing machine, a toilet, and a bidet. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator in a condominium with a condominium garden. Nearby are the train tracks that DO NOT run from 11:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. and the main road. There are new windows with triple glazing that dampen noise and shutters with sound-absorbing materials. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Abbadia Lariana station, so it is convenient for those arriving by train, and the nearest beach is less than a minute from the apartment.
