To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask our guests to review and acknowledge the following agreements: Balkon & Rooftop Liability Waiver Our villas feature beautiful bamboo balconies and rooftop pools designed to enhance your stay with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and rice fields. However, these areas also require caution: Balconies: The bamboo railings and hammock lounges offer a unique experience but are not designed to withstand excessive weight or force. Guests are advised to use these areas carefully, and for your safety, we strictly prohibit being intoxicated while on the balcony. Rooftop Pool: Our rooftop pools provide a serene spot for relaxation. However, please avoid using the pool during rain or cloudy weather to minimize the risk of lightning. Additionally, the rooftop is not equipped with a protective railing, so extra care is needed. To ensure all guests understand these risks, we require a signed Liability Waiver upon check-in. This waiver acknowledges that guests assume full responsibility for their safety while using the balcony and rooftop areas.
