With magical sunsets and a cozy atmosphere, a great place to create memories with family and friends. The space The Lake House accommodates up to 10 guests. This single-family home, situated in the Lindfield community, offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and has been fully remodeled. The home boasts a spacious master suite on the first floor with a King-sized bed. On the second floor, you'll find a second room with a Queen bed and a twin-size trundle bed, a third room with two bunk beds featuring twin-sized mattresses, and a sleeper sofa that converts into a full-sized bed on the living room This roomy home features smart TVs in three rooms, a spacious, open family and dining area, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own homemade meals. There is also a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board provided for your convenience. We also provide pool towels for the pool. This home is designed with babies and children in mind: it includes board games, a baby playpen that can double as a sleeping area, a highchair, and plastic utensils, cups, and plates. We've also installed a baby gate at the stairs for safety. There is a workspace area located on the second floor for your convenience. Other things to note PLEASE READ: Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited, as are pets and parties. If a party is held at the property, your reservation will be reported to Airbnb, terminated immediately, and the police will be called to escort you off the premises. Additionally, a $500 fine will be charged for cleaning and any damages. AC: The A/C temperatures must be between 70F-78F any lower setting will cause A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Early Check-In (Upon Approval) Available for $50 Please contact us for approval and availability. Late Check-Out Options (Upon Approval) Check-out by 11am: $50 Check-out by 12pm: $60 Please contact us in advance to request early check-in or late check-out and to confirm availability. Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day, with a minimum of 2 days. Payment is required for heating to be activated. Payments should be made via Airbnb’s resolution center. Last-minute requests may delay heating. The temperature is set between 85ºF and 90ºF. Please note, if pool heating is paid for after 4 PM, it will be activated the following day, and it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature. Guests should use plastic cups in the pool area breaking glass results in a $500 charge for draining and cleaning. Tampering with the pool equipment is prohibited, and a camera monitors the area 24/7. For any issues, contact the host but do not touch the equipment. If you want to use the BBQ grill, there’s an additional $70 fee for rental and cleaning, and payment must be made before check-in. Propane is provided. A professional team services the lawn on Fridays and pool on Tuesdays. They work quickly and should not disrupt your stay. 🏊‍♂️ Pool & Patio Safety Rules: 1) Use the pool and patio at your own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost personal property. 2) No running or rough play around the pool area. The surface may become slippery when wet. 3) Children must be supervised at all times. 4) No glass containers in or near the pool area. 5) Always dry off before entering the house to prevent slipping indoors. 6) Do not tamper with pool equipment or safety features. 7) Please use common sense and exercise caution, especially at night or after rain.
