A: This is our address: Solinea Tower 2 (Turquoise) unit 19E 3 Cardinal Rosales Ave corner Luzon Ave, Cebu City 6000 Cebu, Philippines Tower 2 lobby is facing Luzon Ave/Rustans • If you are coming from Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA), you may book a Grab ride, hail a cab from the taxi stand, or hire a fixed-rate van. • Ask the cabby to take you to Solinea Tower 2. • Tipping is not the norm but much appreciated. Tip: We recommend getting a Grab ride as they have fixed rates. Vans for hire are also excellent alternative if you need a bigger vehicle. Vans charge a fixed rate for specific zones in the city. Approach the friendly attendants outside the gate with the tariff cards for vans. Airport to ayala is about 30 without traffic. Please alot some buffer for traffic during rush hour Ayala to UV is about 10min without traffic OR you can simply avail of our airport taxi transfer services and avoid the hassle of commuting to our location. Other things to note To make the most out of your stay, please have a look at some basic guidelines below: --------- 1. Strictly no smoking inside the studio as this is a child-friendly zone and the smoke alarm can be triggered. 2. Be considerate of other residents in the building. 3. Make sure the appliances are turned off, door is locked and windows are closed when leaving the studio unit. 4. We are not a hotel or any other commercial type of accommodation. We are sharing our home with you so please treat this place with respect. 5. Keep the place as clean as when you first arrived. 6. Turn on the hood vent above the stove when cooking so as not to accidentally trigger the studio's smoke detector. 7. Your hosts and the building management are not responsible for any losses, damage, or injuries that may occur during your stay. 8. Please check out on time to give way to the next guest checking in after you. But if you wish to extend your stay, do inform us as soon as possible so that we can check the availability for you. 9. Clean up the kitchen after yourself. Use the dish soap sponge and the kitchen rag to dry located on the sink. Wash your dishes by hand and never leave dirty dishes behind.
