There is also a separate private unit (ADU) downstairs with its own entrance and door, which is occupied by other tenants. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! Please note: The laundry room is located in the garage and is shared with the tenants of the separate ADU downstairs. Other things to note ***Please read, and agree on the house rules below before booking*** - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Check out before 11:00 AM - No Parties or events allowed - No smoking or Vaping inside the house is allowed. Guests can smoke in the backyard, Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — House Maintenance: Lawn maintenance: every two weeks around noon time. Please don't be alarmed if you see them. They are all reliable local business owners who we have worked with for years. All maintenance will be performed outside of the house only. — CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No Refund within 30 days of check-in — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout. — Note: We have a No Pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
