Space with a residential purpose, no commercial activity, parties or any activity that alters the purpose is allowed. Guest access - The metro is 650 meters away, a short walk of 9 minutes; - The Airport is 18 kilometers away and the center of Brasília is also 18 kilometers away, approximately 25 minutes by car; - Access is facilitated for transportation via apps; - The apartment has a private space in the internal parking of the residential. Early Checkin and Late Checkout: Checkin time (14 hours) and Checkout (11 hours) are already defined, as can be viewed at the bottom of the page. IF AVAILABLE, it is possible to change the times, under the conditions described below: In the Early Checkin, a fee is charged in the amount of half a day, allowing the entry 4 hours in advance, that is, at 10 am on the date of the checkin. Before this time, a full night is charged. At Late Checkout there is a fee of half a day, allowing a 4-hour "late" departure, that is, until 3 pm on the same day.
