This unique hacienda sits on a 120-acre estate, surrounded by jungle and designed to offer a truly special getaway. Secluded yet only a 5-minute drive from town, it’s perfectly located to explore San Ignacio. Enjoy stunning panoramic views as you sip your morning coffee and listen to the howler monkeys. For larger groups, an optional rustic palapa may be opened upon request (extra fee). The space Welcome to our spacious 3,500 sq ft hacienda, the perfect retreat for relaxation, privacy, and time in nature. The home features a large, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking, though many prefer to simply unwind and let us help take care of the details of their stay. As you step inside, you’ll find beautifully crafted heavy wood furniture and a cozy indoor fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious deck is ideal for early-morning yoga, followed by a refreshing plunge in the large pool, which can be accessed directly from the main deck, the master bedroom, or even the master bathroom. While we’ve worked hard to maintain the pool, please note that there are some cosmetic stains—these have been regularly repaired and pose no health risk. Indulge in the luxurious master bathroom, complete with a soothing Jacuzzi. Rate structure: Our base rate is for up to 4 guests. For larger groups, an additional guest fee applies as we open extra bedrooms accordingly. 🌿 Concierge Services & Experiences We offer a personal concierge-style hosting experience and are happy to assist with booking tours and activities throughout the San Ignacio area, including nature excursions, cultural experiences, and day trips. For relaxation, we can arrange private massages at the property, and we’re also happy to help coordinate meals or private chef services upon request if desired. Simply let us know what you’d like to experience, and we’ll help tailor your stay. Gizmo and Luna, our friendly resident dogs, may greet you upon arrival, adding to the homey feel of your stay. We also provide handmade soaps, fresh fruits, coffee, and drinking water to enhance your experience. Other things to note Our pool is 18 years old, and while some inevitable stains have occurred, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, there are no health risks associated with using the pool. Please note that we have two resident dogs who will stay outside and won’t enter the house.
