We want you to LOVE your experience here! *Main Floor* As you walk in the front door you will find a spacious living area with plenty of couch seating, large windows, and a cheery electric fireplace. The dining room is open to the kitchen with a generous island, 48" Italian Forno gas range, double oven, and access to the huge rooftop deck. The dining room is through the kitchen and features gorgeous mountain views, a generous dining space to fit your entire party, and a large TV over the fireplace. A convenient half bath is located off the dining room. *Roof Deck* Just off the kitchen and accessible through the dining room is the massive roof top deck overlooking the entire town of Cripple Creek. Savor panoramic mountain views of the Sangre de Cristo range and enjoy the Colorado sunshine from high above the town. *Bedroom 1* Located on the main floor, this spacious primary suite features a king bed, electric fireplace, and smart TV. Original crystal windows, preserved from the home’s historic renovation, cast beautiful rainbow prisms of light throughout the bedroom when the sun hits just right, adding a unique and memorable architectural touch. The private ensuite bathroom offers a spa-inspired feel with a dual vanity featuring electric heating, a rainhead shower, and a vaulted ceiling that fills the space with natural light. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this suite provides a refined retreat within the home. *Bedroom 2* Also located on the main floor, this suite has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with shower. *Bedroom 3* This bedroom is setup with a twin-over-twin bunk with additional twin trundle perfect for the kids. The sofa also folds out to a twin-size bed making 4 total beds! The room has access to a bathroom, with dual vanity sinks, and with a large shower. *Bedroom 4* This beautiful suite has its own private walkout deck overlooking the mountains, as well as a king bed, electric fireplace, smart TV, and shares access to the spacious bathroom located in the hall next to Bedroom 3. *Bedroom 5* Located downstairs, this spacious suite allows you to wake up to stunning mountain views and features a king bed, a comfortable seating area with couches/chairs, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The room highlights the home’s historic character with the original 1800s rock and stone foundation wall preserved as part of the interior. It also includes a private ensuite bathroom with a large shower. *Bedroom 6* This downstairs bedroom mirrors Bedroom 5 with beautiful mountain views capturing sunsets, a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. It shares access to the large downstairs bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Sleeping Capacity & Layout The home features 9 permanent beds across 6 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 14 guests. For larger groups, two additional extra-wide portable guest cots with thick mattresses are available. These may be placed in select bedrooms or common areas to accommodate up to 16 guests total. *Pool Room* The HUGE 16'x38' indoor, heated pool is located on the lower level and has giant windows overlooking the mountains. The pool has a 3.5' shallow end, a 10' deep end and plenty of room to swim laps! There is a spacious lounging area with seating as well as a lounger hot tub allowing you to have a relaxing soak and overlook the pool and the mountains. The pool has two access doors - one that leads to the lower level of the home and has convenient access to the full bathroom, and another off the driveway. Each door is auto-locking and can only be opened with a code to prevent children from unsupervised access to the pool room. More Info: Originally home to a pharmacist in the 1890's, the home has a fascinating history. Downstairs you will see the original stone walls that were once the exterior, and the hallway was a wagon road connecting the many houses that dotted the hill during Cripple Creek's gold rush. Later on, the home was owned by the famous author Linda Goodman, who put in the pool and whose stained glass can be viewed at the District Museum. Now, Lady Luck offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway! The highlight of the property is the large heated indoor pool, perfect for year-round enjoyment.
