The backyard is connected to Alverthorpe Park, and it just takes 2 mins to the park. Guest access Private entrance on the first floor of the house which is at the back of the house, with keyless entry door lock with keypad. Other things to note PLEASE NOTES, -- There is NO kitchen, but we offer two doors small fridge, a Panosonic Microwave, Keurig coffee maker along with free coffee. A portable induction cooktop and other kitchen equipments upon request. Also one soda and bottle water each night per person. -- Parking is free, but street only. Though it is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The driveway is reserved for electric cars. -- - The owner’ family of 3 live in the main house. You might hear some noise from normal living. -- We offer complimentary laundry service once per week - might offer more if you request, and complimentary cleaning service every two weeks for long term stay. — Pets are not allowed unless they are in the reservation and pets fee are paid. There is no exception other than service animals. “Service Animals" means any animal trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.
