Historic trinity home on one of Washington Square West's most charming blocks. Minutes away from some of center city's best restaurants and bars. Steps from Antique Row, South Street, and Society Hill. The space Four story trinity home. Main floor is living room with private back yard. Lower level is kitchen with laundry and dishwasher. Second floor is sitting room with couch that pull out to a queen bed. Third floor is a large open main bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom is on the second floor. A small winding staircase leads to the second and third floors. The house is a historic Philadelphia rowhome that is approximately 600 sq. feet. It is the perfect size for a single or couple, but can sleep up to 4 with the pullout. We have a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Guest access Full House with yard, with the exception of two locked closets. Other things to note The checkin/checkout times are listed as 3pm and 11am respectively to allow for cleaning etc. in between guests, but if no one is checking in before or after you the times are completely flexible. I list the house as not allowing pets, but I would consider allowing a small pet under certain circumstances. If you are interested in the house, but have a pet please ask! Also, as there are sometimes pets in the house, guests who are very allergic or sensitive should be aware. Registration details 960014
