🏡 Welcome to Saint-Pierre! Our family owns the Saint-Pierre, where we also live. The manor house has been separated into two dwellings. The gîte is located right next to our house, but it remains completely independent and private. You have your own entrance, terrace, garden and parking The cathedral and city center are just a short walk from the street, and the train station is a 5-minute walk 🚶🚉 The space 🏡 The Saint-Pierre is a charming 70 m² house on two floors, with 2 bedrooms, ideal for a comfortable stay alone, as a couple, with friends or family. 🚗 Secure access and parking You have a private entrance with gate, giving access to the inner courtyard of the gîte where you can park your vehicles safely. 🌞 Outdoor & relaxation A terrace is available to enjoy the calm of the place. Looking for a barbecue night? It is available upon request! 🔥 🍽️ Ground floor: kitchen & living area You enter through the kitchen, fully equipped: - Oven, microwave, induction cooktop - Fridge freezer, dishwasher - Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster - Raclette and croque-monsieur appliances 🧀 🫖 To get you started: tea, coffee, powdered chocolate, oil, salt, pepper, etc. Tea towels and hand towels are provided. A small hallway leads you to the living/dining room: 🛋️ Large sofa, TV (with Netflix), and a table for 4 — ideal for your meals or teleworking. 🧹 The ground floor also includes: - Separate toilet, - Storage under the stairs with wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and cleaning products. 🛏️ Upstairs: bedrooms with views & shower room Bedroom 1: 2 beds of 90 cm Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90 cm 🛏️ Sheets and 2 towels/person provided in each room. 🌳 Both bedrooms have a great view of the cathedral and its century-old tree. 🚿 Bathroom with shower, toilet, towel dryer, shower gel and hairdryer available. Guest access 🚗The indoor parking can accommodate up to 4 cars. If you are coming with multiple vehicles, parking is available on the street nearby. As we live right next door, it will be a pleasure for us to welcome you personally. 😊 If we are not available when you arrive, you will be able to enter independently with a secure box. Other things to note 🔋 Electric or hybrid car? A little info! If you are coming with an electric or hybrid car, remember to tell us in advance 😊 We ask for a contribution of €7.50 per recharge, just to cover the electricity costs (these little beasts ⚡ add up quickly).
