Any guests exceeding the reservation will be asked to leave unless approval is agreed on. Any tampering with the smart device around the house is against house rule and subject for an early departure. Partiers will be shut down and evicted with no refund. The property is semi secluded but to be respectful to neighbors quiet time is 10pm. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed INSIDE THE HOUSE but is permitted in designated area on deck as long as cigarette buds are discarded properly. No guest/visitors are allowed past the number of guest the reservation is made for unless prior approval is made. Any extra guests will be asked to be removed.
