The Estate, Palace and Apartments An old palace built in 1902 at the gates of the Guadarrama National Park. Located on a 2500m2 estate with a main house of 8 double rooms with separate en-suite bathroom in each of them, and a total capacity for 16 people. Additionally, there are three apartments available on the property itself, with an extra bed, so the total capacity of the establishment is up to 27 people and an air-conditioned gazebo of 100 sqm. The space The main house has an indoor dining room for 16 to 18 diners. Two spacious terraces facing south and north. If there are more than 18, the 50-square-meter gazebo will be opened. We have a catering service or you can hire one yourself. Other things to note Reservations We currently have 4 homes. The Doctor's House (main house) with capacity for 16 people, and three apartments with capacity for 11 people. Only when the client books the main house (also known as "Doctor's house") will they have access to book the rest of the apartments, taking into account the corresponding rates. To have the main house and the entire property exclusively, it will be necessary to book it at least 21 days in advance. Otherwise, the guest who rents the Doctor's house (main house) may not enjoy the property on an exclusive basis if other guests have previously rented the adjoining apartments, whose booking period opens 21 days in advance. In this case, guests must share the spaces and services available on the property (sports area with basketball hoop, racquetball and ping-pong, pool, barbecue, gardens, etc.) Guest registration.
