The space We have a double bed (new mattress) with clean, fresh, and soft sheets and pillows. It is a simple and tidy space with essentials such as a coffee maker, minibar, microwave, basic kitchen utensils (cups, plates, and cutlery), hot water, a clothes rack, and a folding luggage rack. It has air conditioning and a fan for a pleasant climate during your stay. A floor lamp with adjustable light type (warm – cold). Wi-Fi internet access to stay connected. Always clean, good quality towels. Windows with good natural lighting for a cool and quiet atmosphere. The room is located in the most populated area of the island, so you can find shops, food, and public transportation within a few minutes walk. It is a safe, quiet and cheerful area, you can see children playing in the street in the afternoons. Across the avenue you can find convenience stores, a liquor store, food stalls and a few steps away is SUPER AKI (a small supermarket) and the neighborhood park. This place is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for an affordable but comfortable option to enjoy their stay on the island. The room is located on a property that shares a garden with a commercial space (a veterinary office) and another room for rent, which creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Ideal for those looking for a more authentic experience and in contact with the local community. Shared spaces: The common garden is a great place to relax, read or enjoy a coffee while enjoying the outdoors. The garden is shared with guests in the other room and the store's employees, allowing you to have a quiet experience but with a touch of local interaction. The commercial premises are located on the property. It is a veterinary clinic with a schedule from 8 am to 3 pm (Monday to Friday) so there will be some movement during those hours, but the garden is large enough to have your own rest space. We are a pet-friendly space and are an 8-minute walk to the Isla Mujeres pet beach. We have 2 bicycles for guests to use at no extra cost. IMPORTANT: Bicycles are not part of the room rental, however, if they are available at the time of your booking, you can use them. We ask that you use them responsibly and return them before your departure time. Otherwise, you'll be charged for the inconvenience. WE ARE LOCATED IN AN INTERMEDIATE AREA OF THE ISLAND, WE ARE NOT IN THE CENTER OR NEAR PLAYA NORTE (PLAYA NORTE IS 15 MINUTES AWAY BY BIKE) HOWEVER IT IS VERY EASY TO FIND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO GO TO THE CENTRAL NEIGHBORHOOD.
