A perfect location for your stay! The space The back part of the residential and commercial building dates back to the 13th century and contains parts of the original city wall. The front part was added in later centuries. A staircase leads to the first floor of the property. This is the converted 3.5-room apartment. It consists of an open corridor, a functionally equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with antique sitting oven, a sofa bed (lying area 144x200cm, bedding for 2 people available) and an 11 m2 room with two single beds. The rear part of the apartment was completely renovated in 2026 and has a bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment convinces with its historical charm, the massive and slightly vaulted walls, the natural stone wall in the living room, the wooden elements as well as the view of the market square with Vennerbrunnen. Guest access The apartment has its own parking space at the train station. There are also other public parking options within walking distance (including at the train station) or - for a short parking duration - directly in front of the property.
