The older and newly renovated farmhouse is located above the village of Wikartswil with views of the beautiful local mountains of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau as well as the hilly Emmental countryside. If you are looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature, whether for hiking or relaxing, this is the place to be. Bike tours and hikes can be started right at your doorstep. Also, if you would like to visit Thun, Bern or Burgdorf, you can reach the cities in just 30 minutes drive to the cities. The closest train station with direct connection to Bern is in Worb (SBB). This can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The apartment is located in the attic of our lovingly converted farmhouse. We lived in the apartment ourselves until recently. We live on the farm with our horses and now live in the lower part of the house. The apartment was renovated in 2021 and has a nice antique stove, which can be used to create a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. For warmer days, an outdoor seating area is available.
