La Casa Blanca is a colonial era villa in the best location of Tepoztlan. Built during the town’s founding, the house is located one block away from the church and the market. The property spans over half an acre in size. Some of the house’s features include a heated swimming pool, over half an acre of gardens with exotic plants (the previous owner was a botanist), two patios and two terraces with fantastic views of the Tepoztlan mountains. The space Private Spaces: You will be staying in an independent bungalow which is around 300 square feet in size, and has three single beds. The bungalow also includes a full private bathroom. Shared Spaces: The property has a living room with wifi, a heated pool, two dining areas and half an acre of garden and patio spaces. Other things to note There are two dogs that live in the house (see pictures). They are very friendly, but if you are allergic, or want to bring your own pets, we would advise you to stay somewhere else. The property is not conditioned to receive children. If you are traveling with children we would also advise you to stay somewhere else. Please note that we are not outfitted to do any sort of cooking. During the winter months or when it’s rainy, the temperature of the swimming pool may go down to about 25 C, because it depends on a solar heater.
