The Hostess lives in the front house, in a room with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms for accommodation get bed(s), ceiling fan and furniture, with a shared social bathroom. The large front house has a main entrance, large living room and "NO" TV, dining room, pool balcony, kitchen (equipped with all the necessary utensils for a quick meal/snack) where you can prepare your coffee*. A backyard with great space and a swimming pool, plus a covered area to relax in the shade (on the back side). The backyard is in front of the large house, main entrance, and has a covered garage, which during the day is great and cool to relax in. The garage inside the residence is deactivated due to maintenance, but you can park on the private street (no exit) and with an electronic gate, very quiet. The house is all shared with the hostess and other guests, only the rooms are private. Guests will share the host's daily routine. The Simplicity that the hostess offers is to provide the warmth of how to welcome a dear family member, making them feel at ease! Bed and bath linens provided by the hostess: they are for family use (used). But always handle with great care (hygiene). * "Breakfast - We do NOT serve it." However, I allow guests to use the coffee powder to prepare it if they wish. Available: coffee powder, sugar, sweetener, butter/margarine.
