Other things to note Guests staying longer than 14 days should be aware that we will have additional cleaning services of $75 where the cleaning staff will come in once a week to clean. 1-2 week stays- 1 cleaning. Fee already included in booking with stays under 14 days. No additional cleaning fee. 3-4 week stays- 2 cleaning. Stays longer than 14 days require a second cleaning at additional charge of $75 for 2nd cleaning. There is a pet fee of $75/stay. Please indicate that you are bringing a pet at booking. If you do not add the pet fee at booking, there will be a fine of $150/stay. There is an external ring camera on the property to verify numbers guest checking in and pets on the property. No other cameras on the property.
