For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental. The bed has a new mattress and mattress topper and is outfitted with 100% linen sheets. There are 2 large windows in the bedroom looking over a raised garden with Northern light. Additional room with large table for dining or working, has a small bar for a cocktail or 2, a private mini refrigerator, microwave oven and a full size washer and separate dryer which we supply unscented laundry detergents for. We have been a 5 star rental for three years, always singled out for complete cleanliness. The windowed bathroom has a rain shower head with additional hand shower and a half glass enclosure with French or Italian pharmacy bath and shower products. There is a linen closet with extra towels etc. Our kitchen is equipped with the very best in tools, utensils, appliances, and cookware used for food preparation, serving, or storage. From a Vita-mix blender to a Mocca master coffee maker and All-Clad cookware, along with an organic well stocked kitchen pantry. You are also steps away from some of the Upper East Side's best restaurants, museums, Central Park, Carl Shurz Park and the Q train just a block away. Also one block away is the crosstown bus that takes you to and through Central Park for the upper west side. Our quiet prewar walk up building has only two apartments on each of its four floors. We love being at the top but keep in mind the walkup. Rates will vary depending on the length and number of guests staying.
