With an open floor plan, 2 living rooms, and spacious bedrooms to spread out and relax, enjoy a night in with your friends and family or walk the 2 blocks to all the shakes, restaurants, shops, and entertainment in downtown Garden City. There is a private garage, parking area for additional vehicles and boats, and everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. LOCATION: Location is everything! This townhome is only 2 blocks from downtown Garden City, 3 blocks from the lake, 1 mile to Bear Lake Marina, and a quick 15 minute drive east to Beaver Mountain or south to the Pickleville Playhouse. Only 2 blocks from the paved walking/riding path along Bear Lake Blvd, as well as the off-road trails of Cache National Forest so you can ride your toys straight from the townhome to the path or up into the hills and mountains. The Garden City Pickleball courts and Trailside KOA are directly across the street to the east, and Renegade Raceway go-carts are directly across Hwy 89 to the south. No matter what time of year you come, there is so much fun to be had with your friends and family! KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, small appliances (pressure cooker, blender, hand mixer, toaster, and Keurig and pour-over coffee makers), and a propane grill to enjoy as many meals in as you prefer. Thoughtful extras provided complimentary with your stay like Keurig cups, hot coco, and salt/pepper are kept stocked for your convenience and care. Enjoy gathering around the table for a delicious meal, or enjoy a cup of coffee/hot coco on the patio in the morning light to prepare for a day of memory-making. LIVING ROOMS: This spacious townhome has 2 living rooms, one off the kitchen on the main floor and one upstairs, allowing your group to gather in one or spread out in both to relax and unwind after a long day at the lake or ski slopes. With large comfortable couches, wall-mounted TVs, and a game cupboard with board and card games provided, there is plenty of room for seating, conversation, and entertainment. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the main floor (perfect for family members who have difficulty with stairs), and 3 more spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and a couple additional TVs. The bathrooms are stocked with extra toilet paper, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, and a few more extras to help you feel right at home. A pack n' play is also provided for the littlest of your group, if needed. The Master Bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with shower, tub, water closet, and large walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs share the 3rd bathroom. Here is the bed layout for your convenience and planning: Bedroom 1, Master (upstairs): King, pack n' play (sleeps 2 + baby) Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Two sets of twin-over-full bunks (sleeps 6) Bedroom 4 (main floor): Queen (sleeps 2) 2nd Living Room (upstairs): Queen pull out couch (sleeps 2) GARAGE & PARKING: There is a 1 car garage, as well as a large parking area for additional vehicles, including boats and trailers! Bring your outdoor toys to enjoy the lake in the summer and year round access to nearby trails with quads, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles. WIFI: This townhome is equipped with high speed fiber WIFI internet, very reliable for streaming your favorite shows or working as needed. A desk and personal workspace are located in the Master bedroom. EXTRA AMMENITIES: Along with all the standard stocked items like linens, kitchen basics, and furniture, this townhome has a number of thoughtful extras to help you further enjoy your stay here: - Kayaks (2) - located in the garage, you are welcome to use them at the lake if you have a way to transport them there. LIFEJACKETS ARE NOT PROVIDED, but you are welcome to bring your own or rent them from a local rental shop. - Pickleball paddles and balls - located in the garage for use at the courts across the street. - Board/card games - a whole cupboard full of games for your enjoyment.
