The space The property is on a hill so at least an all wheel drive vehicle is required to be able to get to the house during the winter months. The owner lives in the same property. The loft is just above the garage with its own entrance from the mud room. Guest access The guest can use the mud room which is the entrance where the washing machine is also located. There is no covered parking.
