Art Niche—Upstairs—Private Bathroom—Near 3 Canyons

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space after a day at work or seeing the sights. Enjoy the art inside or nature outside via a short walk to Mack Park or up Smithfield Canyon. So much beauty awaits in all four seasons. Park in the driveway. Get your morning off to a good start with homemade yogurt and granola—let me know so I can make it available! By request, a simple small to mid-size mountain bike is available for your use. See my guidebooks for local adventuring and food. The space This is a bright, clean, and airy space, but also homey and peaceful. To contribute to your comfort and enjoyment, there is a key lock on the bedroom door, blackout blinds on the window, no shared walls with host’s bedroom, a full complement of necessities in the bathroom under the sink, and other small touches to make your stay memorable. Guest access You are welcome to park in the driveway. Easy access to the house key in a keypad lock box near the front door. The private bathroom is a few steps away from your bedroom upstairs, which has a key lock on the door. When you arrive the key will be on a hook behind the bedroom door. You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining area for simple food prep and eating, with at least half the top shelf in the fridge reserved for your use. You are also welcome to use the patio, where there are two chairs and a small side table during the warmer months. Prior arrangement is desired and appreciated for full on meal prep or use of the TV.
