A pool table has been added to the main living room along with a new 86-inch television for relaxed evenings and indoor entertainment. The home was designed to highlight the surrounding landscape and natural light. Expansive windows frame the Chesapeake Bay while the open layout creates an easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The atmosphere is intentionally calm and simple, allowing the architecture, water views, and changing light throughout the day to shape the experience. Outdoor space The property offers a private backyard with deck space and a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The home sits directly along the Chesapeake Bay shoreline for views and relaxation. Swimming is not recommended at the house. A nearby swimming beach is located at Ferry Park on Beach Road.
