With a huge lawn, guests can indulge in various outdoor activities or choose to stay in and play with cards. Guests can also gather around the bonfire while gorging on a delicious barbeque meal !!!! To that effect, we provide - Generator, AC, WiFi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property as there are 2 rooms on the ground floor.  The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor.  - AC and Wi-Fi are offered in all rooms. - 1 room has a queen-sized bed while the other 3 rooms have king-sized beds and attached bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 2 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. - Both the living rooms provide comfortable seating for 15 people. - The ground floor living room also offers an AC and a TV. - The air-conditioned dining room is a part of the living room on the ground floor and provides comfortable seating for 8 people. - There is a huge lawn with an attached gazebo. It can accommodate up to 12 people. - There is a balcony on the first floor that can easily seat 10 people. - There is a private pool, with an attached gazebo.  - The pool is 14x42 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Outside meals and ordering in food is not allowed. However, in the case of meal packages being unavailable at our end, guests can choose to order in from the nearby restaurants. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for one female and one male staff member in the living room at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and enjoy a scrumptious barbeque meal. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.2000, per session, with an additional GST charge of 18%. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
