Our BEACHFRONT guest suite is the perfect choice for you! Ideally for a couple or a business trip. The property is literally next to Ocean Park beach, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife The area is safe, neighbours are friendly, restaurants and bars are walking distance. Private parking, minutes from the airport, Calle Loiza, Condado and old SJ Come and enjoy all the amenities we offer and take a refreshing bath in our exterior rainfall shower after a hot day at the beach. Other things to note Casa Elena concept is a 4 unit house that are totally independent. Each unit counts with private parking, pool and entrance. Remember Casa Elena is one single house divided into 4 units. All our guests need to maintain music/voice extremely low by each pool area. The music and loud conversations by the pool areas are prohibited after 10pm. Please follow this instructions because the other guests will complain.
