Welcome to Ayamans Home! A house located in Lloseta, a Mallorcan village that combines history, natural beauty, and local hospitality. We are situated in the heart of the island, offering a wide range of activities both in summer and winter, from hiking in the Serra de Tramuntana to exploring its cobblestone streets, tasting local cuisine, and visiting most of the beaches across the island due to its central location. The space The property consists of a ground floor, first floor and second floor, all of them connected by the original staircase dating from 1900. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with an interior fireplace and the kitchen. On the first floor you will find the bedroom with bathtub and a complete bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor we have a space to work, play the piano, read a book on the sofa-bed and the terrace to enjoy a good breakfast or a wonderful dinner. In the terrace area there is a cupboard where you can find the washing machine, dryer and iron. Guest access Guests can use the entire flat. We have a reserved space to store bicycles safely. There is an exterior security camera that films the entry of the bicycles and the entrance to the house. The swimming pool is public and is about 12 minutes walk away. The price per day is 1,60 €. Other things to note In front of the property there is a small public square where parking is free as in the rest of the village. This square has a steep slope which can be seen in the photos. Many people use this space for parking but it can be a bit difficult for guests with rented cars. However, there is free parking very close by 3-5 minutes walking. Just in front of the flat you will find the 13th century church of Santa Lucia, which chimes every hour except at night.
