Supervision Children must be supervised at all times when in or near the pool or spa. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. 2. Glass Containers No glass containers allowed in or around the pool or spa area. Please use the plastic cups and wine/Margarita glasses provided. 3. Pool Safety Equipment Please do not remove or misuse pool safety equipment (e.g., life rings, pool covers, or floatation devices). 4. Diving and Running No diving or jumping into the pool from the edges. No running around the pool area. 5. Noise and Disturbances Be considerate of neighbors. Keep noise levels low and avoid loud music or parties near the pool or spa area. 6. Pool and Spa Cleanliness Please shower before entering the pool or spa to keep the water clean. No pets in the pool or spa. 7. Health and Safety Do not use the pool or spa if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not swim if you are feeling unwell, have open wounds, or are experiencing any skin conditions. 8. Spa Usage Limit spa uses to 20-minute intervals to avoid overheating. Do not submerge your head or face in the spa water for extended periods. 9. Pool Equipment Do not adjust or touch pool equipment, filters, or chemicals. Contact management if there’s an issue. Pool can be heated for an additional charge $95/ day. Please schedule with us prior to stay. Please turn heater off at end of use. 10. Safety for All Guests Do not leave children unattended in the pool area, even for a short time. No parties or events involving large groups without prior approval. SMOKING is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY!
