Other things to note This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. Sedona is a Dark Sky community and requires outdoor lighting to be off at 10pm. Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
