Each flat has AC Heating, Luxury wetroom, Breakfast kitchen (coffee machine), bar to eat or work at. Fast broadband. There is a flatscreen with netflix that you can watch in bed or on our large velvet sofa. Enjoy all year round luxury; great for country walks/pubs, Bike trails and easy access to Newbury, A34 and Highclere castle. The space We have 2 identical ensuite rooms in our annex and they share a common access. There is lighting up to the firepit & sofa area exclusively for guest use. New for this spring, there is a table and 4 chairs outside on the front lawn also. Other things to note Woolton hill village is about 4 miles south of Newbury . There is a limited bus service but ideally, you need a car to get around here. The area is great for walking and cycling with the wayfairers ridge close by and various large forests aswell as Greenham and Burghclere common a short drive away. There are also some nice walking routes that can route via the fab Redhouse pub at Highclere and for a slightly longer walk/cycle through Highclere castle estate to the Carnarvon arms. If you don't have wellies we have a box of spare ones of various sizes you can borrow. If you are bringing a bike you are welcome to store it in our garage.
