1873 Mulberry grove | A Holiday home in Mulshi

1873 Mulberry grove is a charming hill-view villa surrounded by dense evergreen forests integral to the Tamhini Wildlife Sanctuary. Away from the hustle of city life, soak into what nature has to offer you. A birders paradise, the forest is also home to several other animals such as the Gaur, Barking Deer, Monkey and Wild Hare - who occasionally stop by for food and water in the hills surrounding the property, thus making 1873 a one-of-a-kind place to visit. The space The home is divided into three parts with the pool being at the centre of things. As you enter, the structure to the left houses the living, dining and kitchen area and to the right are the two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The home comes with air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garden space for some sun and games, an outdoor dining area and full power backup. For recreational purposes, there are some indoor and outdoor games for both children and adults alike. Televisions in both bedrooms and binoculars for some bird watching. We also have a portable speaker and request you to use it diligently given the sensitive surroundings. There is no cellular network in the area, however we do have the internet. Don’t expect a 100 MBPS given where we’re located, but it’s stable and strong enough to still stay well connected. And lastly, this home is incomplete without Naresh, the true host and caretaker who will be there to look after you and your loved ones. Guest access To get to the property, the only way to access it, is by road. The journey from Poona takes about 2 hours roughly and from Mumbai about 4 hours. Please note that we do not have staff quarters and therefore cannot provide accommodation for staff on premise. A pickup and drop facility from Poona can be arranged, subject to availability. Please do let me know. Other things to note The price quoted is for a maximum of 6 guests. Photo ID's of ALL guests are required. We do not entertain STAG/HEN or any other similar types of parties. Home cooked meals are available on the property at an additional charge. This needs to be pre-decided a 2 days prior to arrival. Vegetarian | Rs. 650/- per day per person Non-Vegetarian | Rs. 950/- per day per person This would include an Evening snack, Dinner & Breakfast. Meals are complimentary for 2 children 6 years and below Tea, coffee and biscuits are available at all times at no additional cost.
