Cozy spot for a few days' stay. Mini-split provides ac and heat adequate for both rooms, but an additional unit is also available in bedroom if desired. Ample electric outlets to charge things. Wifi available and good cell service. 7 minutes drive from Starbucks, restaurants, Walmart and other businesses. Guest access Any area inside the fence. Ample space for pets to go potty, fire pit and table and two chairs outside. Parking anywhere outside the fence is fine. Other things to note We hope you enjoy your stay. The area is pretty rural, even though it's so close to the city, so there will be roosters crowing and potentially neighbors hosting parties with music, etc. Live and let live is the motto out here. It's usually very calm and the street is not a thoroughfare or anything, but there can be animal noises or music potentially.
